| In recent years, as the most fast developing business of telecommunications industry, mobile communication has improved the national economy and consolidated the mainstay position of telecommunication industry in national economy. From internal breaking up to kinds of service package's appearance, the changing mobile communication market made the mobile operators find themselves facing new challenges all the time. Not only the officers, professionals, operators have given close watch to this business, but also the media and masses' eyesight was abstracted by it. So the statistical analysis and strategy research on Chinese mobile communication are necessary.By the way, the mobile communication business in this paper only refers to mobile communication service business, not including other business such as mobile manufacturing.There are four parts about Chinese mobile communication in this paper.The first part is the development environment analysis, which analyses macroscopic environment by PETS model, describes the global market environment from three factors including users, services and revenue. The analysis above is always used by market consulting company.The second part is the present situation analysis including the industry characteristic" description by "economic disequilibrium" theory and the comparison of two big mobile operators from finance, consumers, revenue and services.The third part is the forecast analysis .The writer mainly forecasts two gross indexes (user scale and revenue) by trend extrapolating method.The forth part is about the strategy analysis including operators' competition strategy and industry developing strategy. The analyzing method here is "Hotelling Price competition" model theory. It's worth mentioning that the industry developing strategies here are all hotspots in nowadays-mobile communications business. |
