Performance appraisal is an important tool for enterprise management,through the performance appraisal can guarantee the realization of enterprise strategic objectives.In the actual operation of the process enterprises are often faced with various assessment difficulties.This paper takes Gansu Petroleum Kunlun Gas Company Limited as an example,through questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews,the existing performance appraisal system for in-depth analysis,find out the key problem of the company performance effect,mainly in the assessment standards are not specific and lack of pertinence,imperfect performance evaluation system and the evaluation results of incentive is not enough,the main assessment a single,subjective and unscientific appraisal cycle etc.,to a certain extent,affect the company’s strategic objectives.Based on the mature practice of corporate performance appraisal at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the causes of the problem,mainly because the evaluation concept is backward,the degree of attention is not enough,the examination process lacks communication,the evaluation system is not in place.On the basis of the above,relying on the theory of human resource management and performance management,this paper puts forward the idea and principle of optimizing the performance appraisal system of the company by using the method of 360 degree assessment and balance score card,and from the evaluation period,the evaluation index and the result And to further improve the implementation of the optimization measures,including the establishment of performance culture,improve the performance feedback mechanism,with a view to the staff to produce better incentives to improve the company’s core competitiveness and economic benefits,To ensure the sustained and healthy development of enterprises and the realization of social values.
