Semiconductor is the basis of modern science and technology,the development of the semiconductor industry to promote the development of modern science and technology,in recent decades,the field of science and technology made a series of development,cannot be separated from the semiconductor industry.With the continuous expansion of the scale of the semiconductor industry,the importance of the semiconductor industry is becoming more and more significant.Since the subprime mortgage crisis in 2008,the global economy is weakening,and the demand for electronic products in the terminal market is decreasing year by year.Many domestic OEM companies have been in the loss and preservation phase,some factories closed down and forced to choose a career.Semiconductor distribution industry in such a market environment,peer competition is more intense,more and more serious problem of enterprise survival.With the continuous improvement of the chip technology,electronic components of the new product launch speed is gradually accelerated.The cost of the distributors,inventory affordability,customer response speed on the increasingly high demand..This paper analyzes the semiconductor distribution company Rylion International Co.,Ltd in subject to external environmental impact,slowing the development of the company,operation efficiency,capital turnover rate decreased significantly,the company has a big risk and uncertainty situation,how to create a system of overall strategy Rylion International Co.,Ltd,and puts forward the concrete measures and methods the implementation of the strategy.By analyzing the macro environment of Rylion International Co.,Ltd.PEST analysis method is used to analyze the political environment,economic environment,social environment,cultural environment and technical environment.Then Potter five forces model from the new entrants threat,bargaining power of buyers,the bargaining power of suppliers,the threat of substitution,competitor analysis of these five aspects of the detailed analysis of the characteristics and status of the industry.Then by using the EFE matrix,IFE matrix,BCG matrix,SWOT matrix analysis,the final use of QSPM matrix to make strategic decisions.In the strategic target,and puts forward the measures and control measures for the implementation of the strategy,in the process of implementation of the strategy,through continuous analysis of decision execution-feedback-Analysis-decision-execution cycle,to achieve strategic goals.
