Research On Informatization Construction Plan Of S Company

Take efficient management application in international first-class enterprises as an example,most of them promote enterprise changes of production mode,operating procedure,business flow,traditional management mode and organization mode,by means of combining modern information technology with advanced management ideas and consolidating innovation results.To respond to the call of Central Committee of CPC,business revolution and management improvement led by informatization are necessary to change the mode of economic development.Currently,information level of S company has not met the needs of business revolution and management improve.S company proposes that the role of informatization should realize the change from “passive-adapting business” to “active-leading business” instead of being defined to the traditional level of “service,support”.Taking informatization as core element of leading business work,consolidating and reforming innovation results,effectively improves management and overall operational efficiency and benefits of company.This thesis takes S company as research objective to study the informatization construction plan.It proposes the idea of optimizing informatization construction project with TOGAF ADM methodology and selects the key business concerned by management decision-making based on the critical success factors(CSF).Combined with the problems and demands of informatization construction collected by investigation and interview,design plan of key business of information system,data management,information system integration and infrastructure support are made,and the design of informatization management and control is also put forward.The project implementation plan is drawn up while the safeguards measures are taken,and analysis of the expected benefit of informatization construction after optimization is also given.According to implementing of design plan,it is expected to improve S company's operating efficiency and continue to lead the development of this industry,by means of building a streamlined and efficient information system and constructing a decision-supporting mechanism driven by data.This thesis aims to provide reference for similar enterprises to draw up a project of informatization planning and hopes to be helpful.
