Based on the competition of the global ophthalmic medical device industry,this paper analyzes the competitive strategy of Suzhou 66 Vision Tech Co.,Ltd.from the perspective of the competitive strategy of ophthalmic medical device enterprises.The way of thinking of concrete from the market environment and organization characteristics,tracing its development,research on the external and internal environment,development of comprehensive strategic management and competitive strategy and the impact on Chinese modern enterprise.According to the PEST model,Porter's Five Forces Model,and SWOT Model analyzing,using the external factor evaluation matrix and the external factors evaluation matrix,combining quantitative strategic planning matrix(QSPM)analysis,analysis on the selection scheme of 66 Vison competition in various situations,and the competition scheme comparison and analysis,to develop the most suitable for 66 Vision competition strategy,and put forward the measures to ensure the implementation of the competition strategy.This paper aims to understand the necessity of 66 Vision to improve their core competitiveness,and put forward the suitable competition strategy under the background of globalization,the competition strategy theory on the latest domestic medical equipment industry,in order to find the suitable domestic ophthalmic medical equipment enterprises in China for its competitive strategy and achieve sustained competitive advantage to provide scientific the way and model.
