With the growth of domestic economy and the rapid development of Chinese insurance industry,the quantity of insurance company is increasing;the competition in the insurance market is becoming fiercer.More and more insurance companies pay more attention to Providing high quality and differentiated service for customer,especially small or newly established insurance companies to enhance competitiveness through services.With the rapid development of insurance industry,it promises a new era of intense competition,opportunities coexist with challenges.The insurance company belongs to the financial service industry,customer service is most important work to insurance company,and the life cycle of insurance policy consists of four parts: the new business,renewal,preservation,claims.Each step of the whole life cycle of the policy requires insurance companies to provide good service for customers,the new business service is the starting point of the whole life cycle,this is the key point for insurance companies to contact customers for the first time,and therefore,this part of the service quality is much more important.As the new contract business is the first service between the insurance company and the customer,the quality and effectiveness of service have become the key components.Although the prospects are good,but the reality is cruel.With the rapid development of insurance business scale,it is particularly important to speed up the promotion of their own operations and service efficiency,and to provide efficient and good service for customers.The paper expounds the great significance and background of new business process optimization,and the current situation of Sino-life Company's process management,then it summarize and analyze the main problem in current process.Combined with company's internal and external situation,it makes the optimized objectives.According to target,we use the process reengineering,Management innovation theory,Fishbone analysis method and ECRS to make an analysis of the new business process,meanwhile,we use the method of project management to make research plan.Combined theory with practice,the paper explored the steps and strategies of the new business process optimization,it pint out how to Use innovative technology to improve service and work efficiency.The paper not only has practical significance to help improve service levels,reduce customer churn rate,reduce operating costs,enhance the core competitiveness of company,but also make a good reference for Chinese small and medium-sized life insurance company forwarding business process optimization.
