In the coming of the knowledge economy era,technology professional talents has been recognized and thought as the key & core competence to the modern enterprises and this society.So according to the situation in nowadays,the problem that how to use scientific and perfect talent incentive mechanism richly in order to attract and retain talent has become the current social research of the important content of human resources management.The research method of this paper is mainly based on the literature theoretical research and design personnel demand analysis and combination of paper on the basis of the classical incentive theory,mainly through analysis and research about the present situation of staff incentive mechanism,on the basis of the original incentive mechanism on the optimization design,this part mainly in the third chapter,the fourth chapter and the fifth chapter in this paper.This part from the welfare salary motivation training promotion incentives and other incentives on deep analysis of the current situation of sarft,incentive mechanism,the paper designs the corresponding optimal incentive mechanism includes a fair distribution system of scientific production and 360 appraisal system,and mainly in field of training system,etc.;Finally,the paper provides the implementation guarantee and countermeasure to the design personnel incentive implementation optimization incentive mechanism.The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the current of the incentive mechanism of designers that designer's competent initiative playing in the designing.From of the human resource capital and the establishment of employee's incentive mechanism,the paper emphases on establishing and optimizing the designer personnel incentive mechanism so as to correct and guide and inspire designers,finally eliminate the negative and adverse factors or effects of the designers,The final aim is to incentive talents and retain talents and to the other in the same industry design institute of incentive mechanism design to provide the reference value.
