Research On Improvement Of Supplier Quality Management In Huoni Security Company

When go into the 21 st century,the global economic integration and the rapid development of science and technology make the market competition more and more intense,the competition between enterprises gradually evolves into the cost competition,and to some extent,the competition advantage of cost depends on its supply chain management ability,such as high quality material delivery,short cycle of parts development,lower price for raw material delivery.Therefore,the supply chain management of enterprises becomes more and more important,and the supplier quality management is one of the core and basic contents of supply chain management.Huoni Security Company is a professional security product design and manufacturing enterprises,its technical design capabilities and product manufacturing capabilities are in the industry-leading position.In order to cope with the increasingly fierce market competition,Huoni Security Company pursuit quality strategy to increase the capability of competition,and supplier quality management improvement as an important part of the quality strategy,become one of the most important management works.This paper takes Huoni Security Company as studying object,and analyzes the current situation of supplier quality management process,the existed problems and its reasons caused by using the method of interview investigation,fish-bone diagram analysis and so on.Based on the basic theories of quality management and supplier quality Management,this paper takes the total quality management theory,and six Sigma Quality improvement theory as the main theoretical basis and ideological guidance,and uses the tools such as PDCA contentiously improvement method and analytic hierarchy process to work out the improvement scheme for supplier quality management from five aspects,including: optimization of the development process of new suppliers,improvement of new material qualification process of existing suppliers,,daily incoming quality issue follow up,improvement of supplier performance evaluation and supplier motivation diversification,and the implementation of total quality management and Six Sigma improvement culture to strengthen supplier quality management capability.Finally,this paper shows the effectiveness of improvement plan as they are implemented,and prospects the future research.The proposals in this paper solve the problem Huoni Security Company facing and promote supplier quality management level of Huoni Security Company.At the same time the improvement of quality management is the eternal topic for enterprise,each of enterprise has different strategies according their own practice and situation,and I hope this proposed supplierquality management improvement scheme can provide meaningful reference to other enterprises and peers.
