Research On Planning And Design Of 100kt/a Recycled Aluminum Project In The West District Of HeBei Province

China is not only the largest consumption of aluminum products,but also the world's electrolytic and recycled aluminum production country.Industry is the pillar of the national economy and the extensive application of aluminum products has greatly promoted the process of industrialization,however,the reserves of aluminum resources in China can't meet the needs of the domestic electrolytic aluminum and the development of the recycled aluminum industry.China has began to import large quantities of aluminum resources from the last century,but along with the rising of the international aluminum prices,aluminum which imported has restricted the development of aluminum industry,therefor,recycling of aluminum is the fundamental way to solve the contradiction between supply and demand of China's aluminum resources.At the same time,the implementation of scrap recycling can greatly reduce the energy consumption of production,in which meet the current requirements of the development of circular economy in china.Firstly,according to the current domestic and international scale,technical conditions and production equipment of the regenerated aluminum industry,it is concluded that the regenerated aluminum industry has fairly mature production conditions.Then in view of the China's renewable aluminum industry related conditions are analyzed,including import and domestic scrap resources,and the Beijing Tianjin Hebei area surrounding the aluminum industry etc.And then this paper discussed the technology process of recycling aluminum industry in the key process of the operation,including scrap resources pretreatment process,recycled aluminum smelting,casting and aluminum extrusion process,provides a production process for the production of different schemes.And then key equipment needed for the industrial production of recycled aluminum was discussed,and the selection of pretreatment equipment,smelting equipment,filter and casting equipment were discussed.The analysis of this part can not only provide equipment selection for different products of a reclaimed aluminum project in Western Hebei,but also provide investment reference for equipment for the cost calculation and feasibility analysis later.Aiming at the whole body planning of the regenerated aluminum project,it mainly includes policy guidance for raw material and power consumption,production line and overall layout,environmental impact assessment and renewable aluminum industry.The regenerated aluminum industry is a high investment and high risk scale industry,and is affected by the market fluctuation.Therefore,detailed feasibility analysis and sensitivity analysis are needed in the early stage of the project investment.Recycled aluminum is a kind of aluminum alloy product which recycled by using scrap aluminum as raw material.Because of its relatively stable chemical properties,aluminum can be recycled form most of the aluminum products,and the recovery cost is low.As the scale of the recycled aluminum industry is much larger than that of the original aluminum industry,the new recycling aluminum industry project needs to occupy a large amount of land,fuel,water,electricity and other resources,so the detailed planning and design is needed,otherwise it will bring great losses to the country and individuals.The planning of recycled aluminum project has an important guiding significance for the enterprise which going to work on aluminum recycled,and this paper is based on that to carry out the planning and design of 100kt/a recycled aluminum project.
