Brand development is a trend in twenty-first Century commodity development,and agricultural product brand construction is of extraordinary significance.The brand building of agricultural products is to increase the income of farmers,promote the rural construction,an important measure of the development of agricultural modernization,but also the key to solve the "three rural problems".In our country,the local government in the process of agricultural the product of the construction of agricultural products plays an important role in all aspects of production management,how to undertake the functions of the government,to fulfill the obligations of the government,is a key factor in the success or failure of the brand building of agricultural products.To make the brand building of agricultural products,the need for government in the policy guidance,financial credit support,agricultural standards,personnel training Support and promotion initiatives proposed by the brand,so as to improve the competitiveness of the brand,China's agricultural products influence,to get out of area to the world.Starting from the agricultural product brand related theory,to the government in the agricultural product brand construction function is analyzed,using the literature analysis of legal papers clear ideas,summed up the typical case of the development of agricultural products domestic brands through case analysis,with good experience of foreign governments to support the agricultural products brand building,the local government how to play a functional role in the agricultural product brand construction and puts forward suggestions and reference,provides a theoretical basis for local government construction of agricultural products.
