Research On Hunan Agricultural Circulation Economy Development:Strategic Analysis And Mode Construction

Since reform and opening-up,our country in economic and social fields has made great achievements,the main agricultural output increased significantly,farmers living standards have improved significantly,greatly improve agricultural production infrastructure level.Although significantly enhance the comprehensive agricultural production capacity,but the past long-term extensive development brought increasingly prominent environmental pollution,resource waste and low efficiency,transformation of the mode of agricultural development is imminent.Development of green,ecology,environmental protection,energy saving,pollution-free ecological circular agriculture is one of the important ways to realize modern agriculture in our country.As a big agricultural province of Hunan province and the major grain-producing areas,to explore the suitable mode of agricultural circular economy,improve agricultural economic benefits,in Hunan province has very important practical significance.In this paper,in order to further study of Hunan regional agricultural circulation economy development question,the full text of the research content is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is introduction,mainly introduced the first in this paper,the research background,research purpose and research significance,secondly summarizes the relevant domestic and international research dynamic,and conducted the research review.Finally introduced the main content of this article and research methods.Chapter 2 for definition and theoretical basis,first on the circular economy and agricultural circular economy concept definition,then expounds the related economic theories,including agriculture circulation economy theory,the agricultural sustainable development theory,ecological economics theory,resource economic theory.Third chapter for the strategic analysis of the development of regional agricultural circular economy in Hunan,firstly this paper introduces the general situation of Hunan agricultural economy,then expounds the development of Hunan agriculture circular economy,finally,the development of agricultural circular economy of Hunan strategic analysis and build a strategic choice matrix.The fourth chapter for the construction of Hunan regional agricultural circulation economy development mode,first introduced the top ten agricultural circular economy mode in our country,then constructs the development model of agricultural circular economy of Hunan.The fifth chapter to promote the development of the Hunan regional agriculture circular economypolicy Suggestions,including "intensify policy support,perfecting the system of standards","strengthening science and technology driven,propulsion engineering construction","organization innovation,improve the service system","actively promote,strengthen overall coordination.
