The Study On The Mode Of Agriculture Development Based On The Circular Economy Theory

Agriculture is the foundation of national economy. Without solid base of agriculture, the economy of a country seems to be built on the sands, which would collapse at any time. China is a large agricultural country, in which agriculture plays an important role in the national economy. However, compared with industrial development, agriculture develops slowly. Sustainable agricultural development, to great extent, decides the step of sustainable development of whole country.Under the theoretical framework of ecology, systematology, economics and sociology, this paper studies the conception, character and principle of circular economy and the relationship with sustainable development, and draws the conclusion that circular economy is the efficient way leading to sustainable agricultural development. By taking Zhejiang Province as the study object, firstly, agricultural development based on circular economy is analyzed through SWOT analytics; then, based on the data collected by a survey which was conducted for 3 months in 30 villages respectively in Jinhua City, Lishui City and Wenzhou City, and data from statistic of 2005, the index system of Zhejiang agriculture is established. And it uses SPSS software to divide the 58 cities and/or counties of Zhejiang into five categories, and puts forward the practicable agricultural circular economy models to each category according to the situation and character of agricultural development in each one. Thirdly, from two ways of the whole and parts, this paper analyses comprehensively as well as individually the economic benefit, ecological benefit and social benefit of developing agricultural circular economy in Zhejiang and five categories.At last, the existing problems in the development of agricultural circular economy in Zhejiang Province, and some feasible suggestions aiming at Zhejiang agricultural development are put forward, especially the one with the help of CDM to accelerate development of agricultural circular economy is worth being further studied.
