Labor dispatch refers to a new employment form in which the employee is sent to the actual employer unit,and his or her work will be under the organization,command and supervision of it according to the official labor contract the employee has signed with the labor dispatch agency who also signs dispatch agreement with the employer unit.Labor dispatch is not only suitable to our government's urge to solve the domestic employment conflict,but also conforms to the employees' actual employment needs.Meanwhile,it is helpful in reducing the management cost of employer unit,shifting employment risk of enterprise,and prompting the optimal allocation of human resource.In China,labor dispatch agencies are developing rapidly,and are widely welcomed by the government,employees,and employer units.However,today labor dispatch agencies are in the regulation and development stage,and there are many problems in the process of business operation,which is in need of further study and regulation.This paper takes labor dispatch as the research topic,taking X labor service as the research object,insisting on the theory of combining theory with practice,combining the related theory of labor dispatch with the actual situation of X labor company,using the methods of questionnaire investigation and so on,Analyzed the X labor service company in labor service employment status.The basic requirements of the introduction of personnel to meet the requirements of all the signing of the labor contract,the management of labor records archiving,unified payment of labor rewards,pay the full payment of work-related injury insurance,physical examination timely follow-up,employment training at the same time,real-Significant results have been achieved in preventing employment risks and reducing labor costs.However,there are still some problems during the operation of X Labs.The legal risks of labors and labors still exist,the management of labor bases needs to be strengthened,and some problems appear in the labor and employment management.These problems will affect the healthy operation of X Labs to a certain extent.In view of this,the paper puts forward some countermeasures to prevent legal risks,enhance service functions and strengthen the management of labor service.The aim is to improve the management level of X labor service companies and promote the healthy development of the company.
