QJ Company Algeria Engineering Project Labor Management Research

In recent years,with the implementation of “going global" strategy,The domestic engineering contracting companies start to take overseas contracted projects,and achieve the leapfrogging development in abroad business.However,while leapingdevelopment,it also meetslots of problems.Labor management is one of them.On the one hand,the characteristics and specific implementation process of internal engineering projectsare different to overseas engineering projects.We can't completely copy the internal labor management.On the other hands,the costs of taking domestic labor to foreign is becoming higher and higher,Localization labor management and the third country's labor have many limitations,so how to take labor management in an efficient method is the first problem to international engineering contracting companies.Combining with the practice of the author's international project contracting company,this thesis introduces the domestic and foreign labor employment status quo anddevelopment.Through the analysis of management model and management obstaclesin QJ international company,and analyzing,studying,summarizing and concluding it,author discusses the development direction of Algeria branch and analyze the necessity of Localization labor management and the third country's labor.Also,combining the development trend of enterprise labor management,author study how enterprises should promote the elaborating management company servicesto strengthen the supervision,standard,assessment and guidance over the management of foreign labor,so as to change the present overseas labor service management level the good and bad are intermingled,lack of corresponding system of standardization,standardization and systemization,remain competitive advantages.The training and managing system of Localization labor management and the third country's labor management should be further carried out to alleviate the pressure of the domestic recruitment,avoid labor policy risk and improve enterprise core competitiveness.Then,we can become a truly international company.
