| Since the 1990 s,the Hexigten Banner began to develop tourism,relying on a wealth of tourism resource endowments.Under the government-led conditions and support,the tourism economic system has basically taken shape.At the current stage,the tourism industry is developing rapidly.It has a high contribution rate to GDP and has a good driving effect.It coordinates with the growth of the entire national economy and promotes the development of related industries.This article starts with the development of the tourism industry in Hexigten Banner,and analyzes and elaborates the development history,the status of the national economy,the development speed,and the development of the tourism industry of the pastoral area tourism.The income from tourism of the tourism in pastoral area of Hexigten Banner accounts for more than50% of the total tourism economy of the entire flag.Based on this,as the core part of this thesis,a multi-dimensional(from economic,social,cultural,and ecological aspects)research and assessment of effect of tourism development in pastoral area of Hexigten Banner was carried out.The specific ideas and methods adopted in this thesis are mainly based on the research on the development effect of the tourism in the pastoral area,using questionnaires,interviews,analysis and induction,etc.The effects are analyzed and studied systematically.The analysis and research results show that the positive effects are mainly reflected in the economic aspect.That is,the rapid development of the tourism industry has led to an increase in the income of the tourism and related industries,and the expansion of business scale,the increase of employment,the increase of wages,and the promotion of the surrounding areas.Regional economic development.The negative effects are mainly reflected in the cultural and ecological environment.The negative effects willdirectly or indirectly affect the prospects for the development of the tourism industry in pastoral area.What is particularly important is the negative impact on traditional cultural values and the ecological environment.In the long time,it will lead to a decline in tourist attraction,which in turn will have an overall negative impact on the development of the tourism industry.Most of the negative effects are caused by improper protection measures and regionally objective reasons.Specifically,it includes strong tourism seasonality,irregular tourism market,incomplete tourism facilities,unrelated policies,unreasonable operations,herdsman attitude,and other factors.To address these issues,this paper puts forward concrete suggestions for the development of tourism: accelerating the development of the Four Seasons Tourism,standardizing and improving the tourism market,improving the tourism infrastructure,formulating and implementing appropriate industrial development policies,creating quality services,carrying out tourism management innovations,formulate an environmental protection plan,and raising the income of herdsman.At present,the tourism industry of pastoral area of Hexigten Banner is developing well,with great development space and strong vitality.By continuously inspiring the tourism effect,the important role of the tourism industry in the region’s economy will be brought into full play and a more harmonious and beautiful Hexigten will be created. |
