Research On The Development Mode And Strategy Of Science And Technology Service Industry In Jiangxi Province Based On"interaction-coupling-support"perspective

Under the background of the new normal economy,technological innovation is the first driving force to promote social progress.As an important part of the national innovation system,the science and technology service industry is the bridge and link between technology and economy.The development of science and technology service industry is an important measure to accelerate the implementation of innovation drive in Jiangxi province,promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure,and promote economic quality and efficiency.At present,the development of science and technology service industry in Jiangxi province is still in its infancy,and its speed and level of development are still unable to meet the needs of the province’s science and technology,economic and social development.Under the trend of vigorously developing the industry at home and abroad,it is of great academic and practical significance to study operating mechanism,the development status,development model and strategy of the science and technology service industry in Jiangxi province.This paper mainly analyzed the system composition of science and technology service industry,and studied the industry’s mechanism from the following three aspects: the interactive relationship between technology service industry segments,the coupling relationship with key industries,and the support relationship between external environment and technology service industry.Based on the actual state of development of the science and technology service industry in Jiangxi province,a multidimensional collaborative development model was proposed for the technology service industry,which is “ interaction of subdivided formats,coupling of key industries,and external environmental support”.Finally,it puts forward a targeted industrial development strategies.Thesis can enrich the research field of science and technology service industry,and provide theoretical guidance for accelerating the development of technology industry in Jiangxi province.The main contents of the thesis can be divided into four parts:The first part is research on the development mechanism of science and technology service industry.Based on the existing research literature,it studied the connotation,characteristics,and system constituents of the science and technology service industry;studied the interaction mechanism between the scientific and technological service segmentation industry from the perspective of the integration of science and technology innovation and technology support factors;the three dimensions of chain upgrading and industrial integration studied the coupling mechanism between the science and technology service industry and key industries;and,studied the supporting mechanism of macro-external environment to the development of service industry from the aspects of government behavior,financial environment,industrial technology progress,infrastructure construction and public awareness.The second part is research on the present situation of the development ofscience and technology service industry in Jiangxi province.On the basis of summarizing the domestic and foreign science and technology service industry development experience,studied the current situation of the development of technology service industry in Jiangxi province,and comparing with other provinces.Then,in constructing evaluation index system of service industry development level of science and technology in Jiangxi province on the basis of empirical analysis of the factors that affect the industry development.The third part is construction of multidimensional collaborative development model of science and technology service industry in Jiangxi province.On the basis of summarizing the existing development model of science and technology service industry,the characteristics of each typical model are summarized.In view of the present situation of Jiangxi province science and technology service industry,the development goal of science and technology service industry is proposed.From the perspective of industry,industry and environment,this paper systematically putted forward the multidimensional collaborative development model of Jiangxi province science and technology service industry,and studied the connotation,characteristics,framework and operation mechanism of this model.The fourth part is research on the development strategy of science and technology service industry in Jiangxi province.Aiming at the reality of industry in Jiangxi Province,based on the top ten strategic emerging industries,from the interaction between segmentation forms to promote science and technology services,to promote technology service industry and key industries coupling and building a supporting system for the industry development environment and so on three aspects puts forward some strategies for promoting the development of the science and technology service industry in Jiangxi province.
