The rapid development of science technology and the innovation of service management, always influences the application mode of technology services. How to build advanced, effective and sustainable development modern of science technology system, is a typicalproblem in the research and practice field. In the new development environment, theestablishment of new modern technology system and management mode is particularlyimportant. For the current development and problems of the technology services, this paperpropose ecosystem development mode of technology services to adapt regional integrationdevelopment needs. That has important theoretical significance and has value in practice.Based on the development trend of the Pearl River Delta region, cross-enterprise,cross-sectoral and inter-regional generation of integrated regional technological servicesystem for the study tour. Combined with information ecology, value-nets and SSME theories, research development model of modern science and technology service industry.Firstly, combined with information ecology theory, based on information utilityassumption, information theory assumption and the information flow assumption, buildecological chain model, ecological network model and technology services informationecosystem model. Then under the guidance of design concepts, propose technology servicesindustry ecosystem development model which including information ecosystem sharingmodel, information ecosystem environment model. Finally, propose development proposalssuch as building scientific and technological information services sharing platform, establishing the market operating mechanism and other.
