Research And Application Of Cooperative Construction Management Of Transnational Bridges On The Beilun River Between China And Vietnam

The construction of the Beilun River and second highway bridge project will China highway network,highway network of Vietnam and the Pan Asia as a whole,to further improve the regional road network China and ASEAN,and the existing Beilun River Bridge for passenger and freight traffic,can greatly improve the Chinese and ASEAN inter traffic capacity.It plays an invaluable role in strengthening the economic and trade cooperation between China and Vietnam,promoting the development of tourism resources and the prosperity of border trade,and promoting the construction of the national key development and opening experimental area in Dongxing.The Beilun River main bridge support cast-in-place construction and construction technology of the bridge construction is an important guarantee of success,has important practical significance,but also provide valuable reference and guidance for the construction of similar projects in the future.This article first to summarize the domestic and foreign existing research results and engineering practice,found that scholars for the study of the construction and management of engineering project cooperation were mostly focused on traditional domestic construction projects or complex,large-scale projects,some of the literature of international projects is studied mainly focused on the actual implementation experience or project introduction,to explore the research of the construction and management of multiple players at home and abroad to cooperate.Of the beilun river in this paper,the second highway bridge project general situation,project construction management process and the key problems and analyzed in detail,including the project of the topography and geomorphology,hydrology,climate condition,transnational highway engineering project construction management basic requirements and main points of construction management,overall plan,process management,transnational highway engineering project cooperation management overall scheme and key parts of the construction management,based on this from construction and labor organization,quality assurance measures,safety assurance measures,the Chinese construction units and other related parties coordination and matching measures,forms a navigation management measures in five aspects,to build the multinational cooperation security system construction and management of highway project.To ensure the successful completion of the project and construction safety,and reduce construction the cost of saving resources,shorten the construction period,has a very important significance to improve the operating life,the research results have significant economic and social benefits;to provide a relatively good construction management experience for Guangxi and even the national future cross-border road building project.
