More and more concentration has been placed on the credit business of small and medium-sized enterprises by domestic commercial banks, with these enterprises acting as the more important roles in country economy. The innovation strategy has become important and hard direction of study for banks in field of credit.Gansu Branch of Bank of China for SMEs on the development of research questions, in favor of Bank of China has opened a branch in Gansu SMEs on the market,adjust the income structure of the loan,to open up the source of profits, and improve the structure of credit assets,which deal with the future branch of Bank of China,.The challenge of great significance.At the same time,our country will be the development of other small and medium-sized commercial bank credit has been inspiration.This dissertation firstly analyzes the current condition of SMEs credit business and point out the problems that CMB meets with when developing the SMEs credit, which including the establishment of independent appraising and incentive measures,the SMEs credit approval process optimization,the absence of SMEs credit loan pricing system,the lack of SME credit loan product innovation,etc.Concentrating on the problems Gansu Branch has when developing SMEs credit business,this dissertation presents corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,that is, reshaping credit evaluation mechanism, building and completing small and medium-sized enterprise credit rating system and credit evaluation system; Using the experience of effected techniques and measures of DANAMON Bank of Indonesia and Beijing Bank for reference, improving the efficiency of organized structure of credit management, constructing the mechanism that adapt to the improvement of SMEs. According to the product market positioning, customer orientation and district positioning, follow the SMEs loan pricing principles, cost effective market, risk compensation and differentiation principle, develop individual credit products; promoting risk prevention in banks and enterprise two levels. In this basis, achieving small and medium-sized enterprises of the loan optimization selection and sustainable development.
