Along with the pace of the reform of the financial market under the new economic norm and accelerating the banking industry competition is becoming increasingly intense,domestic financial enterprises to talented person’s demand more and more prominent,hot and key bank the institutions compete gradually from capital competition into the competition of talents,due to the inherent defects of the system of rural credit cooperatives and the transition period due to structural adjustment,assessment methods change brought about by the cost of the reform,the staff of Credit Incentive and compensation system to complain,resulting in the turnover rate increased year by year.The thesis first which introduces the background,theoretical and practical significance of the research on brain drain of J rural credit cooperatives,and summarizes the research contents of this paper,Through the literature review,the author puts forward the meaning of talent flow and brain drain,and discusses several common theories of talent flow and talent motivation,Analyzes the current situation of human resource management of J rural credit cooperatives,and through the relevant survey data in recent years,the brain drain,understanding the current situation and development trend of the talent loss.At the same time,the risk caused by the loss of status,to further study the current rural credit cooperatives in J talent,In J rural credit cooperatives in the current situation of human resources as a starting point,summed up the characteristics and trend of loss summed up their talents,and separately from the enterprise and the staff analysis of reasons of J rural credit cooperatives talent loss,The thesis finally countermeasures of brain drain in J rural credit cooperatives.The cause of the loss of talented people put forward ideas to solve the problem,optimize the design of the J rural credit cooperatives from the aspect of enterprise strategy,organization and management level and individual level,put forward specific measures to improve the satisfaction of employees,improve their work enthusiasm,to avoid the brain drain.
