Study On Welfare Service System In Guangzhou Power Supply Bureau From The Perspective Of Corporate Social Responsibility

Recently,the Corporate Social Responsibility of state-owned enterprises gets more and more attention,especially natural monopoly electricity businesses.They own the best resources in market economy as well as require higher lever society payback.The most direct way for corporation to pay back society is participating welfare service.Organizing welfare service in Electricity Corporation is beneficial to social problem and strengthen society fairness.In the meanwhile,it can help government with the missing part and make up what social welfare security missed.Electricity corporation has responsibility and obligation to develop welfare service career with community service,poverty relief,volunteer service.By this way it can advance society's harmony and develops sustainably.The paper analyzes the existing problems of Guangzhou Supply Bureau welfare service system by comparing to several big local power supply company like Guangdong Power Supply Bureau,Guangxi Power Supply Bureau,Yunnan Power Supply Bureau,from the perspective of social responsibility,by using the methods of literature research,interview and questionnaires.The main problem we can figure out as follows:the organization's scattered and unordered,the result of welfare service didn't work out,miss the service consciousness,and the reason what caused the problem is because the service consciousness fall behind,lack of daily management of welfare service,lack of supervision of the society and miss of completed legal system.We suggest building corporation welfare service organization operating and indicator system of welfare service,strengthening the supervision system of welfare service and daily management system.,so as to build up competitive ability and substantial ability of Guangzhou Power Supply Bureau.
