Application Of Risk Management In The Project Of Beijing Metro Line 7 Vehicle Section

Underground construction project investment,long cycle,high technical requirements,especially with a broad social impact to the rail transportation projects,if not the effective risk management of the project,it will cause huge economic losses.China's urban rail transit construction projects in the lack of adequate financial support,often ignore the scientific and effective risk management,risk awareness is weak.Therefore,the construction of urban rail transit related projects urgently need to introduce scientific and efficient risk management methods to improve the safety and reliability of the project construction.A lot of city rail transit construction projects tend to focus on a project or a specific process management in the process of project implementation,the project overall grasp and ignore the details over the pursuit of the project management method,the reference in the past have the order reversed by some management methods and means,so the city on track transportation construction project risk management,lack of pertinence and validity,which can not adapt to the current development of the management method of rail transit construction project requirements.On the basis of risk management theory,taking the project of Beijing Metro Line 7 as the research object,this paper uses the sensitivity analysis,expert evaluation method and comprehensive evaluation method to identify and evaluate the risk of the project.By comparing the evaluation results and the actual situation of the project,this paper puts forward the problems existing in the project risk management,and gives the corresponding improvement methods.Among them,according to the actual situation of the vehicle project,all the risk factors were analyzed from the two aspects of management risk and non operational risk,to correct the vehicle project risk management on operation effect rather than the specific risk factors of the shortcomings.In the risk assessment,the non operational risk evaluation index system is designed in detail.Considering the possibility and harmfulness of risk,the final three level risk factors are obtained.The main research contents include:Identification of vehicle project risk in project implementation and project financing situation,using the method of check list method and field investigation,consulting exchange analysis of the operational risk and non operational risk project,and expounds the relationship between the two types of risk.The evaluation of vehicle project risk: risk identification based on the results of the operational risk of the single factor sensitivity analysis,a comprehensive evaluation of non operational risk,causes and the results have been analyzed.Risk control measures: Analysis on vehicle project risk management problems,and puts forward the corresponding vehicle project risk management principles,including the project information collection and verification principle,comprehensive and pertinence principle,strengthen the preliminary survey and geological disaster forecasting principle,equipment stability check principle,pay attention to beforehand control and emergency management principle,and puts forward specific measures for improvement.
