With the emergence of the problem such as global warming and resource shortage, governments make the low-carbon economic development model act a major transformation direction of the future economic development.Energy consumption structure is given priority to with non renewable energy sources such as oil logistics industry faces a serious of the energy conservation and emissions reduction pressure. This paper based on the energy consumption data of logistics from China statistical yearbook.Using the IPCC(the formulas for calculating carbon emission)to calculate the carbon emission on China's logistics industry, from 2005-2013.Then sort out overall trend curve and characteristics of carbon emissions of the logistics industry in China. Finally, analysised the relationship between the logistics industry and carbon emission. After this, analysised the history of the evolution of low carbon logistics systems of logistics system in our country by the theory of dissipative structure, combined with the logistics industry in China in 2005-2013 by 30 indicators 270 raw data for processing, have used Boltzmann entropy flow model to evolution analysis and identify the reason.Through the analysis of cause logistics system in the development of low carbon negative entropy flow input time and input mode, summarized the laws of the evolution of carbon emissions and orderly in theory.Further summarized the full text, and put forward scientific and reasonable suggestions from the inside and outside of the logistics industry system two paths.
