A Research On Supplier Selection Based On AHP And QFD Of SC Company

The evaluation and selection of suppliers is one of the most important work in supply chain management,which becomes the key point for the modern enterprise to increase profits and enhance the competitiveness.With modern management costs continue to rise,more and more enterprises begin to pay attention to the evaluation and selection of suppliers,in order to improve supplier quality from access to the source,so as to improve the entire supply chain,reduce management costs and improve enterprise performance.Throughout the automotive industry,most of the companies have more than one supplier.How to manage the suppliers by more effective method,how to evaluate and select suppliers by more effective ways for enterprise development strategy,both have now been an important issue for enterprise's long-term development.This paper studies the SC company's method for the evaluation and selection of suppliers through the importance of the classification of components,analysis and exploration the method of diesel engine manufacturing enterprises to choose suppliers.Through the research on the current situation of supplier selection of SC company,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the selection of suppliers,and probes into a more effective method for supplier selection.This paper uses the AHP method and quality function deployment method,through the analysis of the actual needs of the enterprise procurement,transforms the purchase demands into the specific evaluation index,and determines its weight by quality function deployment method.Through the actual score of each index,summarize the total score,the SC company can get the sort of suppliers,complete the process of supplier evaluation and selection scientifically,and reduce the supply risk.The research of this paper has the universal applicability to the automobile manufacturing industry,and it can provide a useful reference for the enterprises to improve the supplier selection...
