With the development of mankind to the fourth era of industrial revolution,it speeds up the pace of accelerating and effective transformation of technology innovation,from the original labor-intensive gradually turns tothe full competition of the current capital-intensive and core technology patents situations.In addition,with the abuse of the Earth's resources and the pressure of environmental pollution,from the national level to the individual level,people are increasingly concerning about environmental innovation,green sustainable direction of research and product selection.Enterprises and products lack of social responsibilities are gradually losing market and reputation from consumers.China as the second largest economic entity in the world has a broad market and strong potential consumption momentum.China is breaking away from traditional industry model and pursuing sustainable economic growth now.At present,more and more multinational enterprises in the world set up a production plant in China,and gradually established the technology application centers,and even the global level of research and development centers.This is a positive to encourage innovation and development of core technologies.AK's China Technology Center is located in Shanghai,China's economic center.The technology center focuses on the development of targeted innovation solution in combination with local customer needs,local technical support,global productintroduction and total technology solutions for regional customers.In this paper,I try to use the transaction cost theory and the reality of AK Company's China TechnologyCenter staffs' compensation&benefit policy,through an anonymous survey to understand employees' satisfaction.Through the analysis the survey reports,I refined the lower satisfaction aspects,such as the differentiation of the C&B policy,training opportunities,other benefits,incentive diversification and company care,and worked out the improved solutions and suggestions.I expect that through the appropriate adjustment of the pay and benefits system and tracking try-run results to enhance employee engagement,imitativeness,sense of responsibility and success feeling.Company can reduce management expenditure,staff turnover rate and employees willing to recognize company culture,and ultimately address the collaboration to win.
