As investigated target, JLYD Business Support Center, which was largestate-owned enterprises technical support department, was rapidly developing. Newtechnology and new business bringed opportunities and challenges for JLYD BusinessSupport Center.and the changed industry formats proposed new requirements. Thedevelopment of enterprises ultimately was human development and talent incentive.Sonow the staff motivation situation was the a major problem for enterprises.As mobileinternet technology and applicationsExtensively used and business support workaccelerated development process, competition became more incentive and employeesatisfaction had suffered an unprecedented importance. That application ofmotivational strategies enhanced employee loyalty, attracted and retained managementtalent, enhanced their core competitive advantage, unified economic interests andsocial interests, pursuited corporate sustainable, healthy, stable and coordinateddevelopment was becoming a urgent problem for JLYD Business Support Center.This article described business support center staff incentive status quo andin-depth.analysised business support center staff incentive problems,combined variousincentive management theory, explored the root cause of the problem, used the idea ofmodern incentive management. In accordance with the practical problems of the JLYDBusiness Support Center,suggest building a comprehensive employee incentives.Through the analysis of the problems of the JLYD Business Support center staffmotivation mechanism research, combined JLYD Business Support Center in MobileGroup position and depth interviewed the staff. The author lead the advancedmanagement concepts, skills and methods into the practice in reference to the largenumber of domestic and foreign literature. At the same time that clearing JLYDBusiness Support Center staff motivation program should begin with performance motivation, pay motivation, career planning motivation, communication motivation.The significance of this article was Learning and absorbing the excellent modernenterprise management theory,analysising JLYD Business Support Center motivationproblem, designning strategy for individual need. That Designed to maximizestimulate employee enthusiasm, work creatively center layout and strategicplanning.Thus boosting the center of all employees to create maximum profit for therapid development of technology-based enterprises, which have a general reference.
