With the knowledge economy has arrived, among the resources enterprises owned such as human, money, materials, information and so on, human resources is the core which can determine where the competitive forces is.and human resources'management is increasingly more and more important and activer, human resources has become strategic recourse for modern societies and business organizations. The crucial factor whether enterprises can gain continued competitiveness is how to develop,use and motivate their staff fully. Therefore,nowadays it has become the necessary task which modern organizations have to think about and face seriously how to motivate the potentiality and enthusiasm of all kinds of its employees.In this paper,we conducted survey on human resourse's motivation situation and existing problem of GD company based on Herberg's two-factor theory.and made description and analysis for the factors impacting on employee's motivation during the course of human resource management of GD company,and proposed specific ideas and measures to improve staff motivation level from sereval aspects listed as below:safety and health management, dinner standard and accommodation conditions, leadership, career planning,management communication, performance assessment and training systems.
