Research On The Strategic Purchasing Management Of SK Comprehensive Wiring Company In Small Private Enterprises

With the rapid development of the national economy,the deepening of international economic integration and the state's support for entrepreneurship and innovation,more and more small and medium-sized enterprises have entered the market and seized market resources.The healthy development of small and medium-sized enterprises plays a very important role and significance for the economic development of our country and the construction of a harmonious society.From the perspective of world economic development.SMEs in all countries have exposed some deep-rooted problems in their development.China's SMEs in the development process is suffering more difficulties.Small and medium-sized enterprises want to seize the market resources,improve market utilization,strategic procurement management as an important part of business management,which is a process that enterprises and suppliers establish a "strategic cooperation model" for the lowest procurement costs of establishing supply channels.Strategic procurement management fully balance the advantages of internal and external business,targeting win-win procurement and focusing on the development and long-term strategic cooperation with suppliers,which is the new model of procurement management in the new economic situation.SK was established by several experts of the wiring industry,in order to provide solutions for the entire wiring system.The company belongs to small private start-ups.This article takes the SK Company as research object,based on reviewing the research status of strategic purchasing management at home and abroad,and it analyzes the problems existing in SK purchasing management,including the unreasonable purchasing process and the lack of effective management of suppliers.Then,combined with the theory of strategic purchasing management,these problems are analyzed and suggestions and optimization are put forward.including from the establislhment of systematic procurement management process to the establishment of strategic cooperation and procurement relationship,focusing on supplier selection and maintenance.After optimizing the relevant suggestions and putting them into practice,the procurement management and procurement costs of SK Company have been significantly improved.Finally,a case study illustrates the feasibility of strategic sourcing at SK.This paper,on the one hand,hopes to enhance the market competitiveness of SK and expand the development scale of SK.On the other hand,it also provides guidance for the strategic procurement management of other small and medium enterprises.
