Industry automation is still in the fast growing phase.Together with the industry scale increase,more and more company step in and lots of them get bigger and stronger.As a member of automobile industry nonstandard equipment suppliers,Z Company has already a long history compared with a lot of local suppliers,however,as time goes by,more and more similar players have entered into the similar area.Z Company,used to be the target of copy and imitation,now only act as a common player in the stronger competition.The same strategy as before is not fit with current environment,the company face more and more pressure.Thinking about the future,we have to consider more,plan more,in order to help Z Company to enter a new better phase.Hope this research will help the similar company by supplying a living example.This article is based on the competition strategy theory in strategy management,through the SWOT and 5-Force analysis methods,the article try to find out the opportunity and threaten of the external circumstances of Z Company.Also by checking all the key factors inside company as finance,Sales,R&D,Operation,company culture,the strength and weakness result of this company was given.The main issues are listed as below:the strength of company was not well brought into play,less investment in new strategic business area,low efficiency in operation and bad cost control,improper company scale vs single project scale.As a solution,the company strategy was made and main strategy targets was clarified as below:To increase the proportion of standard solutions by utilizing self-strength well;to develop NEV related business;to enhance efficiency&lower cost in operation;to enlarge the company scale,adapt according business needs.In order to guarantee the execution of strategy,the strategic measures was given as below:Unite all wisdom and force by strategy publicizing;Develop learning organization by implementing PDCA;Culture for customer orientation;IT infrastructure strengthen for strategy target;Optimize management of human resource;implement strategy target evaluation and feedback system.At the end,that is the conclusion of the article and suggestion for following research.
