Research On Technology Innovation Strategy

With the globalization of the world economy the trend of rapid development,innovationhas become the main theme of the times. Enterprises in the fierce competition in themarket, have long-term competitive advantage, continuouslycarry out technical innovation toform their own core competitive ability is the only way which must be passed. Therefore, toconcern and study of enterprise technology innovation has become an important topic of.TL group as the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicinetheory pioneer innovators, starting from the modern Chinese medicine, extended to the biomedicine and chemical medicine field; and fromthe pharmaceutical industry, the expansion ofthe field of health, industrial system more plump. TL group to grow thanks to innovation, TLgroup’s future also depends on innovation.Based on China’s well-known Chinese enterprises TL group as the research object, using thetheory of technical innovation and the theory of corporate strategic management of enterprisetechnology innovation strategy analysis. The thesis consists of5chapters, firstly describes thebasic theory of technology innovation and strategic management, then introduces the generalsituation of TL group and the innovation of technology, third, the analysis of the TL group, thetechnology innovation of internal and external environment, at last, put forward a series oftechnical innovation strategy for the implementation of safeguard measures. This paper tries toput forward some concrete, actionable recommendations, rapid development and hope to helpthe TL group.
