From the current situation of China’s beverage industry learned that in the Chinese market,the beverage industry has now begun to enter the slowdown in the growth of the "new normal" development stage,in face of "new normal" economic environment,the beverage industry needs differentiated competition.In case of the continuous and intensified competition in beverage industry,with the consumers’ consideration on health and nature,their choices of the beverage will tend to emphasize on its health,quality and safety.Quality and safety is not only a high standard of consumers,but also means that any security risks are prohibited in production process and quality control.How to find the problem quickly and solve the problem fundamentally,to achieve the quality level of consumer satisfaction and to get profit finally,and thus to improve the quality continuously in order to make the enterprise develop continuously and healthily,the above points are the challenges that not only a large number of beverage production enterprises,but also many labor-intensive enterprises are facing with.Based on the production quality management of the production process of the pulsating beverage in Danone company,this paper analyzes the problems and the root causes of the process quality management of Mizone production line.It needs further optimization and improvement on the critical steps,meanwhile,the methods,for example,total quality management,POKA-YOKE tool,Six Sigma management tool,should be adopted in these steps.And the quality awareness of all staffs should be enhanced through continuous training as the main theoretical guidance.Regarding to the unqualified products that caused by material problems,personnel testing capacity,personnel operations and equipment problems,this paper proposes continuous improvement proposals,which not only enhance the quality management and production under safety and civilization of production line,but also benefit the company to enhance its competitiveness and increase its business efficiency. |
