The modern power in the world is often a powerful,scientific and technological power and innovation is an important factor for a country to win the international competitive advantage.In order to strengthen the creativity of our country and build an innovative country,we must focus on improving the creativity of the enterprises,which are the economic main body of the country.Employees,as the main participants in creative activities,how to stimulate employees' creativity and improve their creative performance have become a new hot topic in organizational psychology and behavioral research.Creative performance is the part of creative thinking product,which is regarded as the motive force of innovation.The creation and formation of creative thinking can not be separated from many attempts and exploration,and in this process,there will be errors.Such errors are very common and can not be completely avoided.In the face of errors,an employee's attitude and action,based on the related information of errors,are called error feedback.It can reflect employees' error orientation and error cognition,and is a key part of the research area of error management.The creative performance of employees is largely influenced by the direction and intensity of error feedback.Its specific mechanism also has high research value.It is also a new attempt to study the effect of error on employee organizational behavior from the perspective of feedback.Research has shown that personality traits can affect the creativity of the individual.Core self-evaluation is a new trend of personality research in recent years.It is a deeper personality trait and its prediction of work attitude and behavior is more stable.Core self-evaluation is proposed by Judge(1997)in the study of the relationship between the personality variables and the working variables.It was first introduced to China in 2005.The Chinese scholar,Gan Yiqun,for the first time,verified that the structure was also stable in the context of China.This study introduces core self-evaluation as moderator to explore its impact on creative performance and its moderating role in the relationship between error feedback and creative performance.This study analyzes the relationship between error feedback and employee creative performance,and explores the moderating effect of core self-evaluation on the impact of error feedback on creative performance.First,through the relevant literature on error feedback,core self evaluation and creative performance variables such as review,sort out the relevant variables,scale,influencing factors and the interaction between variables;construct the theory hypothesis and the research model based on literature review.Thirdly,referring to the more mature measurement methods at home and abroad,we analyze the structure of the research variables and design the questionnaire.Through the questionnaire survey of some enterprises in Anhui Province,we have obtained a lot of effective data.The reliability test,validity test and correlation analysis of variables were carried out using these data.Finally,the hypotheses were verified through empirical research.After study,the following conclusions are obtained:(1)Error feedback has a significant positive effect on employees' creative performance.Through empirical analysis,three dimensions of error feedback,namely error ability dimension,error communication dimension and error thinking dimension all have a positive impact on employees' creative performance.(2)Core self-evaluation has a significant positive impact on employees'creative performance.That is to say,the higher the employee's core self-evaluation,the higher creativity of the employee,and the more creative performance of the employee.(3)Core self-evaluation plays an important role in the influence of error error ability,error communication and error thinking on employee creative performance.Based on the above findings,this paper proposes that we should cultivate and build a stable fault-tolerant culture,promote organizational members' correct understanding of errors,promote their creative motivation and creative ideas,and then improve their overall creative performance.In addition,organizations should also improve the error feedback mechanism,enrich employee feedback styles and improve human resource management system,pay more attention to employees' self evaluation when recruiting,selecting succession plans and promoting personnel activities.
