With the continuous advance in the economic globalization,competition among the enterprises is becoming increasingly intense;therefore,innovation has already become the vital tasks in recent knowledge economy.Ultimately,the enterprises' innovation comes from the individual creative performance.It has been proved that creative self-efficacy can be achieved through feedback-seeking behavior to have a positive impact on individual creative performance.However,self-efficacy is not invariable but can be changed by individual behaviors.We may ask,can knowledge talents' feedback-seeking behavior have a positive impact on individual creative performance through creative self-efficacy? Besides,leader encouragement of creativity,as one of the important elements that affect individual innovation,how does it affect the relationship of feedback-seeking behavior and individual creative performance? These problems remain controversial in management theory and management practice.Based on the present management context in China,this research selects knowledge staff as the research object,aiming to study the relationship or mechanism between feedback-seeking behavior and creative performance,then chooses creative self-efficacy as mediation and leadership encouragement of creativity as moderation and finally provides the theoretical basis and management principles for the practice.In methodology,this study combines qualitative and quantitative approaches by referring to relevant literature from home and abroad.The following are the main conclusions:1.Feedback-seeking behavior and creative performance are positively correlated.Both inquiry and monitoring feedback-seeking behaviors have significantly positive influence on creative performance(including creative willingness,creative activities,and creative outcomes).2.Feedback-seeking behavior and creative self-efficacy are positively correlated.Both inquiry and monitoring feedback seeking behaviors have significantly positive influence on creative self-efficacy.3.Creative self-efficacy and creative performance are positively correlated.Creative self-efficacy has significantly positive influence on creative performance(including creative willingness,creative activities,and creative outcomes).4.Creative self-efficacy plays a partly intermediary role between feedback seeking behavior and creative performance(both creative willingness and creative activities).5.Leader encouragement of creativity plays a positive regulatory role between feedback-seeking behavior and creative self-efficacy.
