Most retail businesses have now realized the importance of site selection, especially department store site, the need to consider many factors are very complex, and the location of the domestic department store market, the process is still at the initial stage of the survey, mostly personal knowledge, experience and judgments. Operators first consideration is the location of the enterprise market position, did not consider some important factors, and the site basically not assessed after this part of the site selection process is reasonable and whether the site after scientific assessment, these areas are still relatively lacking.The department store format based on the characteristics of paper, the principle of site selection and site selection procedures and the department store important factors affect the design of 5 five main indicators, namely, "Circle", "consumer target", "convenient" "cost" and "objective environment." According to the theory of AHP method, but also key indicators were designed for 5,15 two secondary indicators. Between these indicators it is difficult to describe the specific data, the evaluation is very vague, so this evaluation method used to determine the weight of each index.The implementation of fuzzy evaluation method is for the object by the consumer to complete the survey, from the consumer perspective on the department store site on the importance of indicators. Application of the theory of AHP, the fuzzy comparison matrix is inverted to calculate the fuzzy weight of each index and a consistency of the test. Index score of access is through the questionnaire survey, a survey of all the mean scores do treatment, multiplied by their respective weights, and finally come to the shop's total score.Assessment model established in this study has the basis of mathematical statistics can be used as the selection of sites related to the assessment department store in the future with details of the part of the overall reference for better decisions, business development for the department store to help.
