In recent years,the continuous introduction and in-depth implementation of the national macro-control policy,making the real estate industry is facing increasingly serious market environment.Many real estate enterprises,especially small and medium-sized real estate enterprises,have appeared financing obstacles,rising costs,sales malaise and other problems.In the complex market environment,the changes of many uncertain factors make the capital problem of the real estate industry prominent and the risk intensified.Therefore,how to solve the financial risks faced by enterprises has become the core of the survival and development of domestic real estate enterprises.K real estate enterprises is a small and medium-sized real estate enterprises,for a long time,the development of enterprise is stable,operating in good condition.but with the expansion of enterprise investment scale,the development of tourism real estate project,enterprise capital outflow doubled,enterprise capital stock is decreasing,enterprises are facing funding constraints,capital risk improvement and other issues.This paper starts from the current situation of capital risk management of k real estate enterprises,on the basis of understanding the establishment and operation of its capital risk management system,through the analysis of the current situation of capital risk of enterprises,to find the problems existing in the capital risk management of enterprises.And with the help of fishbone diagram analysis,analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to identify the factors of capital risk and overall evaluation,find out the root cause of capital risk in enterprises,so as to put forward targeted optimization suggestions for k real estate enterprise capital management system.The purpose of this paper is to provide reference for small and medium-sized real estate enterprises in China on the optimization of capital risk management system through the case analysis of k real estate enterprise capital risk management system...
