Since the accession to the WTO,China's auto industry has witnessed continuous and rapid growth.Nowadays,both the annual sales of new cars and the car ownership have become the world's largest.With the rapid increase in car ownership,the energy and environmental issues China face are also becoming increasingly severe,and the development of clean and environmentally friendly cars is imminent.On the other hand,as the pillar industry,China's automobile industry is the leader of China's economic transformation and upgrading,and new energy vehicles have become the most important breakthrough.In recent years,China has gradually introduced a number of policies and regulations from both the supply side and demand side,they have promoted the healthy development of new energy vehicles and the vehicle manufacturers to accelerate the product layout in the new energy market.This paper elaborates the external macro environment,industrial development trends,and future demand opportunities of China's new energy automotive industry through the use of related methods such as PESTEL,SWOT,and GE.Analyzing of the strategic vision,internal resources,and related capabilities of CQ Automobile company in-depth.Combining the development vision of CQ and the judgments of new energy industry related policies and regulations,new energy technology routes,core component cost trends and infrastructure construction trends,proposed the major market segments,product strategies and corresponding safeguards for CQ's new energy product strategy.This paper puts forward the plan for new energy products of CQ Automobile company,taking 2020 as the boundary,step by step,taking into account the future product ideas.It is recommended that new energy products focus on the two major markets,the limited-purchase cities and low-speed alternatives,and focus on upgrading into the high quality market.Before 2020,the company will focus on solving the dual-integration demands,rapidly transforming its products to obtain new energy sales in the main market.After the outbreak of the new energy market in 2020,the next generation of new energy products will be launched timely to meet the needs of different markets.In response to the four risks of CQ Automobile's new energy product strategy: profitability,supply system,product iteration,and brain drain,corresponding protection policy recommendations are proposed.
