The Techno-economic Analysis Of Energy-saving And Environmental Friendly Vehicles In Beijing And Study Of Low-carbon Vehicle Standards

The development of energy-saving and environmental friendly vehicles andnew-energy autos is an important technical and economic measure to promote energyconservation and emission reduction in Beijing. In order to alleviate the energy andenvironmental crisis coming with rapid auto increase in Beijing, a practical method isto sell and use energy-saving and environmental friendly vehicles and new-energyautos instead of normal ones.Firstly, based on the analysis of energy consumption and influence to theatmospheric pollution of transportation industry in Beijing, composition of the motorvehicle population and consumption status of private car, this thesis puts forward therealistic significance for reduce energy consumption and alleviate environmentalpollution of develop energy-saving and environmental friendly vehicles andnew-energy autos in Beijing.Secondly, this thesis involves two aspects: For traditional vehicles’ analysis,mainly focuses on the economic benefits of replacing normal autos with energy-savingones and improving limits on emissions standards of environmental labeling productslight-duty vehicles. For new-energy autos’ analysis, mainly focuses on the powerperformance and energy consumption level of battery electric vehicles and fuel savingrate of different kinds of hybrid-electric vehicle.Finally, based on the analysis of limits of fuel consumption, limits on emissionsstandards and in-car pollutants concentration standard proposes Beijing standard of“low-carbon vehicles”. Government may award “low-carbon” label to the vehicleswhich match the low-carbon standards, formulate discrepant taxes and dues policiesand financial subsidies to normal autos, energy-saving autos, environmental labelingautos and low-carbon autos, and release government procurement catalogues onenergy-saving and environmental friendly vehicles and new-energy autos to promotethe popularization of low-carbon vehicles and social energy conservation and emissionreduction.
