In recent years, the high-tech technology enterprises in Shanxi province have been rapidlydeveloped and gained great achievements. The high-tech enterprises have high turnover of staff, sothat the enterprises have been brought many negative effects due to staffs' loss, even the existenceand sustainable development of high-tech enterprises have affected. Therefore, how to effectivelyimprove employee loyalty, thus improving staff motivation and job performance has become anurgent problem that needs to be solved in the high-tech enterprises.This paper takes the high and new technology enterprise employees in Shanxi Province as theresearch object, through designed and sent the questionnaires, found that high and new technologyenterprise employees in Shanxi Province exist low loyalty and high liquidity, the work efficiency isnot high, lack of initiative, poor sense of responsibility, difficult to manage and other issues, and onthis basis, the decline of employee loyalty factors including the compensation system, training andpromotion, current situation and future of the enterprise, interpersonal relationships, communication,the job itself and leader factors, according to these factors to build a relational model of high-techenterprises employee loyalty factors and job performance. Used SPSS software to analysis ofsurvey data, and verify the influence factors of employee loyalty to employee loyalty and employeeloyalty to the work performance have significantly positive impact. According to the results of theempirical analysis, and combined with the reasons for the decline of employee loyalty of high-techenterprises, it presents some countermeasures to improve employee loyalty, such as establish a fairand reasonable a fair and reasonable compensation&performance system; actively developingtraining employees, constructing the multi-channel promotion mechanism; to establish an effectivecommunication channel; create a harmonious interpersonal relationship channel; pay attention tothe importance of the job itself, rich employees work specific connotation; improve the quality ofleadership, the implementation of effective leadership and improve employee loyaltycountermeasures.
