Today,knowledge management and talent management have become the focus of current business management.Knowledge and talent have also become the two most valuable resources for enterprises.Many companies have realized this gradually,and only by doing a good job of these two resources can improve their comprehensive strength.The financial shared service center is a popular trend of the basic financial development of large-scale enterprises in recent years.It integrates the funds,expenses,budgets,vouchers and other processes in a standardized operation mode.The combination of knowledge management and financial shared service center is bound to meet the goal of improving the productivity of employees and maintaining the core competitiveness.A company's financial shared service center is the first establishment of a large financial group in the industry.Up to now,it has been more than 10 years of development.During this period,financial shared service center has also came out numerous problems,such as the serious staff turnover rate,internal work lack of good process management and high rate of complaints.The inner reason lies in its serious shortage of knowledge management.This article mainly analyzes the internal and external environment and advantages and disadvantages of A company's financial shared service center,and focuses on the analysis problems of knowledge acquisition,knowledge sharing,knowledge utilization and knowledge innovation in the process of knowledge management.According to the theory of knowledge management tools and knowledge management categories,the writer propose the solution,respectively establishing a knowledge warehouse,a knowledge management platform,and a knowledge utilization mechanism,with the skills of tacit knowledge conversion into explicit knowledge to build an overall knowledge management system.Subsequently,specific implementation plans and safeguard measures will also formulate.In order to connect faster and consider the economic costs,the knowledge management platform builds in the existing knowledge system named Bird E-learning.Finally,it is a summary of the entire article,which further explains in a holistic manner how the current problems of the company is solved through the establishment of knowledge management.What are the internal relations between the two? Through the establishment of a knowledge management system,the collective wisdom of all levels of the organization can be powerful.Relying on the group's good organizational,technical,personnel and institution,the author believes that the financial shared service center of Company A can always promote enterprise competitive and it is a good opportunity for employees to improve their overall quality and make themselves a knowledgeable employee.The main contribution of this paper is that,as knowledge management rarely have experience in using financial shared service center,and now the financial shared service center has a needed for improvement,the writer believes this article can give some inspiration to managers.
