Study On The Construction Path And Countermeasure Of Innovation Ecosystem In Hangzhou Region

With the National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone`s landing,Hangzhou has actively explored to enhance regional innovation capacity,enhance the ability of independent innovation and achieved some results,but there are still many deficiencies.Under the new economic norm,the innovation-driven strategy and the transformation of development model urgently demands that Hangzhou conform to the new paradigm of innovation,innovate the new management style,speed up the removal of institutional and institutional obstacles,and create a good Regional Innovation Ecosystem to build region innovation capacity.The main points of this paper:(1)This paper analyzes the shortcomings of Hangzhou in the suitability of Hangzhou regional innovation ecosystem,with the comparison of domestic innovation-advanced cities in the application of quantitative methods.(2)Hangzhou are far behind the other four cities(Beijing?Shanghai?Shenzhen ? Guangzhou)in the "high-tech enterprises","social R & D total expenditure","technology market turnover","patent power of attorney" and other key indicators of innovation.(3)The study found that Hangzhou is facing the problem of insufficient types of innovative species,innovative species' s lacking of capacity,poor flow of innovative elements,lacking of sound innovation network and innovation platform agglomeration elements,innovation services to be improved,government innovation policy facing challenges and other deep-seated problems.(4)This paper argues that Hangzhou should use the existing information and economic base to develop the world's influential "Internet +" innovation and entrepreneurship center and advanced manufacturing center.(5)For the existing problems,put forward general idea : around the industry chain to deploy innovative chain,around the chain of innovation chain to deploy service chain;(6)Put forward the idea that enterprises should change from closed innovation to open innovation,cultivating industrial innovation ecosystem layout innovation cluster,and creating innovation-friendly softenvironment.Innovative point of this paper:(1)This paper analyzes the deficiency of Hangzhou with the comparisonof domestic innovation-advanced cities in the application of regional innovation ecosystem suitability evaluation model;(2)Analysis of Hangzhou in the innovation of the deep-seated reasons;(3)From the innovative species,innovative resources,innovative environment three aspects of the Hangzhou regional innovation ecosystem problems,targeted to build the path and countermeasures.The inadequacies of this article:(1)Lacking of awareness of the factors that hinder the improvement of innovation ability in Hangzhou,and Lacking of understanding of the mechanism to promote innovation and efficiency.(2)It is difficult to make a comprehensive analysis of the construction of innovation network,such as the optimization of production and research cooperation mechanism.(3)The selection of indicators for the suitability assessment model may not be comprehensive enough,and the evaluation of the suitability of regional innovation ecosystems may not be accurate.
