| With the development of the economy,the scale of enterprises is becoming bigger and bigger.However,the performance evaluation system with financial index as the core is still adopted by many enterprises,which will cause some negative influence on enterprises to some extent,and even restrict the development of enterprises.There are many shortcomings in the traditional methods of performance evaluation,so it is urgent to create a set of scientific and effective methods suitable for the enterprise development strategy.It is necessary to integrate the different performance evaluation system scientifically,combine the advantages of different methods,and make up the shortcomings,so as to better serve the enterprises,the enterprise value maximization can become a reality.Combining economic value added with balanced scorecard,this performance evaluation system draws on the merits of both evaluation systems.The economic value added takes into account the cost of capital and can be a true reflection of the effectiveness of the business,The balanced scorecard is based on an enterprise’s overall strategy and is better suited for evaluating the whole of an enterprise,The combination of the two methods has enriched the content of the enterprise performance evaluation and broadened the scope of the evaluation.The evaluation of enterprises by combining the two can effectively complement each other and make the enterprise performance evaluation system more perfect.The pharmaceutical retail industry is a micro-profit industry,and commodity prices are relatively stable,each enterprise has a large proportion of tangible assets,the economic value added can well measure the effectiveness of asset utilization;As a new type of strategic management tool,the balanced scorecard can divide the strategic goals of enterprises into concrete business practices,thus better achieving the strategic objectives of the pharmaceutical retail enterprise.This paper first introduces the concept of performance evaluation and economic value-added and balanced scorecard,analyzes their advantages and disadvantages,and analyses the combination of the two methods of performance evaluation from the aspects of feasibility and necessity.Secondly,combing the current situation of performance evaluation of A-stock market pharmaceutical retail listed companies in china,and points out the existing problems.Then,to address the characteristics of the pharmaceutical retail industry,a performance evaluation system that combines economic value added with balanced scorecard,taking the Yi Xintang as a case study,this paper analyzes the implementation effect of the new performance evaluation system,and puts forward some suggestions to the problems that may exist in the process of implementation,so as to realize the purpose of maximizing enterprise value. |
