The employment relationship is the most essential social relationship in the market economy,which is closely related to the level of enterprise productivity.How to adjust and manage the employment relationship has always been a topic of concern.First,the social division of labor is simple,between the enterprise and the staff is the simplest labor purchasing relationship,based on social exchange theory,enterprises sign a free employment contract with employees.It's equality and freedom between enterprises and employees,employees are paid based on the contract.There is no additional clause restriction on the signing and termination of contract.With the progress of science and technology,in the era of industrialization,in order to improve the production efficiency,need to continue training for employees,at the same time in order to avoid the employees turnover,the enterprises began to study new human resource policy.Lifetime employment boarded the stage of history represented by Japan.Under this system,unless guilty of a major wrong,corporate will not layoffs the staff and the staff will not resign from the corporate.Employee is loyalty to the corporate,corporate invests to the employee,and coporate form a win-win relationship with employee.In the Internet era,information is symmetrical because of the interconnection,communication between people are no longer obstacles;the life cycle of enterprises becomes more and more short,employees also have to face unemployment and reemployment crisis.Young people growing up in the internet age,who think individual respect is considered to be important factors,have the different understanding of career.In a word,the lifecycle employment system is no longer adapt to the development of the times.This paper starts from the analysis of employment relationship theory,contrast from the employment relationship model and the employment relationship concept,and also analyzes the characteristics of the internet era and its challenges to the employment relationship,try to put forward a new employment relationship to meet the characteristics of the internet era.The key factors have been summarized,and mentioned the new employment relationship challenges and countermeasures.This paper discusses the new employment relationship theory,the definition of construction for application scenarios the relationship between enterprises under the background of Internet and the core backbone of the staff,the core resources of such employees belong to the company,their enthusiasm,their loyalty and creativity play a key role for the company.
