By the end of 2007,as the concept of cloud computing emerged,it was a huge concern for the corporate and academic world,and the corporations had driven cloud computing and services to the world at a rate of unprecedented speed and enthusiasm.Cloud computing considers resources as a deliverable service.It can be extended from part of a single server to a system.It spans regions and connects multiple servers.Moreover,based on the core architecture of "resource service form"based on cloud computing,users can access the basic hardware facilities,software development platform and software application resources of"cloud" anytime and anywhere.Users can use services as easily as they do with utilities without caring about where the program and data are placed,and how resources are handled.In order to better serve the users,how to manage the resource pool behind the "cloud" has become the most concern for the major cloud service providers.This paper introduces the development trend of cloud computing,to combine the characteristics of our cloud deployment model,taking a large state under the information technology company in the private cloud resources pool in the process of examination and approval and management,business and resources management departments in the resource application process and approval process encountered many difficulties and problems are analyzed,from the perspective of process management,put forward improving resource pool application and review process principles and indicators,and defined the concept of life cycle resource pool,for large and medium-sized enterprises in the process of managing a cloud platform,resource pool application,examination and approval,and provide reference for process optimization.At the same time,for small and medium-sized enterprises and individual users in a cloud resource and buy cloud computing services,how to effectively evaluate and measure their resource requirements,reduce operating costs,corporate and individual users to avoid waste of funds provides an effective measure.
