The Research On Project Quality Management Of LT Group E-commercial Purchasing Platform

Information technology has been widely applied in all walks of life,and enterprise information management system has also become an important part of internal management of most enterprises.How to improve the quality of information system software and make software better serve the needs of management has become a widely concerned topic in all professions and trades.Especially for large scale software projects,the system has huge users,numerous jobs and complex business needs.Only in strict accordance with the requirements of quality management standards,the development of quality management plans,quality assurance,and implementation of quality control can be recognized by users.At the same time,with the in-depth implementation of the concept of"Internet Thinking",the impact of Internet thinking on corporate management logic has become increasingly apparent.Innovative enterprise management software has attracted much attention from companies in various industries in the country.The management of this kind of innovative software project not only has the characteristics of the traditional information project,but also faces the problem that new technology and new business are difficult to control in the implementation of the project and guarantee the quality of delivery.The management of innovative software projects,especially project quality management,often encounter new challenges.Based on the LT group's e-procurement platform project,this paper discusses the quality management of innovative software projects suitable for large enterprises.This article systematically reviews and studies the quality management of the LT Group e-commercial procurement platform project through Dr.Deming's PDCA model.Use HOQ to identify the main quality problems that affect the delivery quality of innovative management software.By using flow chart,checklist,fishbone diagram,Gantt chart,radar chart and other quality management tools,we will discuss how to improve quality problems in projects.In order to improve the quality management level of the e-procurement platform software in the enterprise,the aim of this paper is to make use of the theory of project quality management and the actual situation of the construction of LT group information system.
