Research On The Effect Mechanism Of Agricultural Insurance On Poverty Alleviation

In order to achieve the national strategic goal of comprehensively eliminating poverty in 2020,only relying on the government's transfer expenditure and financial subsidy is not a long-term solution.The growth of the poor's own economy can fundamentally solve the problem of poverty.And how to develop its own economy,in fact,there is no "first bucket of gold" to limit its development,and the development of rural finance can solve this limitation.As a major pillar of financial services,the insurance industry has played a role in promoting poverty alleviation.Can the problem of poverty alleviation and rural poverty be improved by promoting economic growth and promoting the distribution of farmers' income?In this paper,based on the theory of poverty and poverty mitigation of agricultural insurance,welfare economics theory,based on previous studies on the agricultural insurance and agricultural output,agricultural economic growth and the relationship between farmers' income based,from agricultural insurance as an important part of rural financial perspective,constructing and analyzing the mechanism of agricultural insurance effect of poverty alleviation.The mechanism of this action is that agricultural insurance plays a role in reducing poverty by promoting the growth of agricultural economy and improving the income distribution of farmers.On the basis of explaining the mechanism of action,we select variables based on relevant theories,and draw lessons from previous researches on the ideas and models of financial development impact poverty reduction,and build models to verify the mechanism of agricultural insurance affecting poverty alleviation.This article mainly includes five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.The introduction briefly introduces the background,significance,literature review,the framework of the article and the innovation and shortcomings of this article.On this basis,it reviews the existing literature and puts forward the research perspective of this paper.Then the second chapter defines the related concepts and theories,including the concept of agricultural insurance,poverty theory,poverty alleviation theory and the welfare economics theory of agricultural insurance.The third chapter is the explanation of the mechanism of agricultural insurance on the impact of poverty alleviation.The fourth chapter is the chapter of the empirical analysis,which is supported by the theory of the second chapter,chooses the relevant variables and constructs the model,and carries out empirical research.The last chapter is the conclusion and relevant suggestions of this article.The empirical analysis shows that the increase in the density of agricultural insurance is beneficial to the growth of agricultural economy,and is beneficial to the reduction of poverty in rural areas.The level of agricultural production plays a positive role in promoting the growth of agricultural economy,and the degree of agricultural production has a negative impact on promoting the growth of agricultural economy.Increasing the per capita net income of rural residents is conducive to the alleviation of poverty.And put forward relevant suggestions.
