Research On The Relationship Between Green Supply Chain Management And Enterprise Performance In Chinese Pharmaceutical Enterprises-the Mediation Of Logistics Capability

Due to the increasing deterioration of the environment pollution and resource depletion,for the purpose of environmental protection,sustainable development concept received extensive attention all over the world again.In order to adapt to this trend,pharmaceutical enterprises incorporate resources and environment factors into the existing supply chain management,through the cooperation between each node of the green supply chain and the green reform of enterprises,forming the green supply chain management mode theat meet the development requirements,thus promoting the competitiveness of logistics,realizing win-win situation of economic performance and environmental performance.Selecting Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises as the research object,adopting the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to discuss the relationship between green supply chain management,logistics capability and enterprise performance,thereby expanding research train of the pharmaceutical enterprises and the green supply chain management,promoting sustainable development of the pharmaceutical industry.By reviewing the related literature,dividing green supply chain management,logistics capability,enterprise performance into different dimensions,analyzing the necessity of the Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises to implement green supply chain management,putting forward the research hypothesises and conceptual model,designing measurement scales of green supply chain management,logistics capability,enterprise performance and a questionnaire survey,adopting statistical analysis method to deal with survey data:through exploratory factor analysis,finding the green supply chain management includes green purchasing,green marketing,green recovery,the logistics capability includes logistics operations and logistics information ability,the enterprise performance includes economic performance and environmental performance;through correlation analysis,finding the green supply chain management is correlated with logistics capability and enterprise performance;through multiple regression analysis,finding the logistics capability from all parties is in different degree of significant impact on all aspects of green supply chain management,the each dimension of green supply chain management,logistics capability has a different degree of significant impact on each dimension of enterprise performance,different logistics capabilities play the role of mediation in different levels in the influence of each factor of the green supply chain management on each factor of the enterprise performance.On this basis,analyzing the research hypothesis,draw the following management implications:to perfect the green procurement,to stimulate the positive effect of green procurement on enterprise performance and logistics capabilities,including a correct understanding of the content of green procurement and integration of it into business strategy,improving and strictly implementing the green procurement mechanism,and actively promoting the supplier management to improve the quality of supplier environment management,establishing a scientific and reasonable dynamic evaluation system of green procurement to supervise the green purchasing behavior of pharmaceutical enterprises;paying attention to effectively carry out the practice of green marketing,formulating a two pronged strategy of government and enterprises,giving full play to the positive role of green marketing on enterprise performance and logistics capability;dynamically adjusting the strategy of green recycling,integrating management,technology,intelligence,policy and other factors into the existing reverse recovery system,enhancing the active role of green recycling on economic performance and logistics information ability;actively constructing logistics operation ability,strengthening the scientific management of the logistics distribution system,finding the benefits of growth in system,further discussing the deficiency of this study and future research direction,in order to provide effective decision-making basis for the promotion of Chinese pharmaceutical enterprise’s green supply chain management practices,the enhancement of enterprise logistics ability,the improvement of business performance,the strengthening of competitiveness of the whole industry.
