Due to the economic slowdown in China in recent years,blasting construction companies are facing enormous pressure for survival.In order to increase the profit margins of enterprises and enhance their core competitiveness,good cost control is indispensable.For engineering companies,the project cost is its main cost.Controlling the project cost can help the company to be in a favorable position in the fierce competition.With the development of various technologies and higher and higher industry requirements,the structure of project costs has also changed,and the proportion of non-construction costs in total project costs has increased.The cost control that is limited to the construction phase cannot meet the needs of the company.JC's cost management is more traditional.This article is aimed at analyzing the cost of construction project of JC company,finding the problems in the project cost control and making suggestions for the JC company to build a project cost control system.In this manner could JC company improve their cost control situation and profit level.The first part of the article mainly elaborates the research background and significance,the research status at home and abroad,the research ideas and methods,and the innovation and deficiency of the research.The second part introduces the concept,principle,characteristics and influencing factors of project cost control,and organizes the theoretical knowledge of cost control,including target cost theory and earned value theory.The third part mainly introduces the situation of JC company and the general situation of cost control of JC company,and analyzes the existing problems and causes of the cost control of JC company.The fourth part introduces the C project,analyzes the C project cost data and the cost influencing factors,and discusses the specific problems in the C project cost control.The fifth part puts forward some countermeasures to the project cost control of the JC company and constructs the cost of the JC company control system,and proposes measures to improve cost control.The sixth part summarizes the research conclusions and elaborates prospects for future research.Based on the literature research,case analysis and field investigation method,cost control theory and JC company's cost control are summarized.Combining with the specific data of the C project,the problems in the cost control of the JC company are analyzed,and the impact of several major costs on the total cost is simply evaluated.Then,combined with theoretical knowledge,suggestions are made for the cost control system of the JC company.The innovation of this paper is to study the project cost control of high-risk mine engineering companies.Combining the cost control theory with actual cases makes the project cost control more targeted and practical.Cost control should focus on the whole process of the project and mobilize all employees to participate in the control.Especially for the cost control of blasting construction projects,a dynamic project cost control cycle must be established.Only through dynamic real-time supervision can the problems be promptly corrected to ensure cost control effect.In addition,the cost control guarantee mechanism can form a certain incentive and restraint for the staff,inspire the enthusiasm and subjective initiative of the staff for cost control,and promote the smooth implementation of the project cost control.
