Research On The Feasibility Evaluation Of Customized Tourism Project Of A Company By PE Institutions

In recent years,private equity(PE)investment has developed rapidly in China,It has broadened the financing channels of small and medium-sized enterprises in China,and has improved the financing environment of small and medium-sized enterprises in China to some extent,which is an important investment and financing tool in China's capital market.However,it is a highly risky industry with low liquidity,high degree of information asymmetry,long period and high entry threshold.Due to the late start of China's PE market,there is little research on the evaluation of private equity investment projects.On the one hand,the investment project evaluation system and method is not perfect,on the other hand,the target enterprise in the aspect of management,market,technology and so on is different,lead to the evaluation results of great uncertainty.Therefore,it is of great realistic significance to carry out a comprehensive analysis and accurate assessment of the project before investing in the target enterprise.This requires us to carry out a scientific system evaluation process for the project to be invested before the investment,which is to evaluate the feasibility of the project.By standardizing the investment evaluation process,we can judge whether the investment project has the investment value,reduce the investment risk,protect the interests of investors,and realize the rational allocation of resources.This article stands in the angle of the PE,By studying the academic achievements about private equity investment project evaluation at home and abroad,combined with some research methods and custom tourism projects A company's own characteristics,to private equity investment evaluation of the project,so as to come to the conclusion that the project is worth the investment.First,this article simply expounds the concept,classification,operation model and evaluation process of PE.The development history and current situation of PE at home and abroad are sorted out,and the research results of domestic and foreign scholars are compared,provides a solid theoretical foundation for the following research.Using case analysis and combine this specific case,introduces the project investment background of company A,including company A's profile,industry analysis and its own factor analysis,and deeply analyzes the financial indicators of company A to find out the value of project investment.Secondly,according to the evaluation process of PE,investment evaluation is conducted from three aspects:project selection,investment base evaluation and investment value evaluation,and then the investment conclusion is drawn.In this process,the risk of investment in the project is analyzed and the optimal exit path is found for the investment.It is hoped that the research of this paper can provide some reference value for investment decisions of investment institutions,and also provide some ideas and methods for other investment institutions to carry out project investment evaluation.
