Investment Risk Analysis And Evaluation Research Of Highway Project

The highway project is a kind of special investment.It takes huge funds and long return period,facing business.To study the risk of highway Engineering investment will bring us much benefit.Therefore the enterprise will master the different results that the incertitude factors may course,understand the relationship between the risks and the benefits.So highway projects investment risk analysis urgently need to be studied deeply and popularized widelyAim at the feature of highway project,some assessment method,such as analytical method,Appraisal index Sensitivity analysis method,Reliability analysis methods,Carlo Analogue method etc..On the basis of consulting a great deal of documents and analyzing some achievements,fuzzy comprehensive assessment is selected as decision support of highway project.In this paper,the one-level model and the two-level model for fuzzy theory is quoted in the highway project risk analysis.Because of various hierarchies of indexes,the two-level fuzzy comprehensive assessment is used,therefore result of assessment can be reflecting realistic situations,hold the qualitable and measurable description of highway project,decrease the losses significance in this article.Application of fuzzy comprehensive assessment in highway project can quantify evaluation.It is helpful to decrease investment risk and enhance economic benefit,so it is very meaningful and practical to real project.
