Rural Residents' Consumption In Luo Yang Structure Study

In the Central Document No.1 of 2018,�village rejuvenation� was proposed,the rejuvenation of rural areas requires the development of rural economy,in China,investment,export,and consumption are the troika driving economic development,it can be imagined that the importance of consumption is important.The report of the 19 th National Congress explicitly pointed out that it is necessary to improve the mechanism and system for promoting consumption and enhance the basic role of consumption in economic development.The �13th Five-Year Plan� regards the long-term mechanism for expanding consumer demand as a major research topic in the early stage.From this,we can see that China's emphasis on consumer research.China,as a big country in agriculture,accounts for two-thirds of the total population in rural areas,the rural consumer market has great potential,therefore,it is of great significance to study the consumption level and consumption structure of rural residents.Luoyang City is the second largest city in Henan Province,and Henan Province is a large population and agricultural province in China,it is necessary to study the consumption structure of rural residents in Luoyang City.This article researches and analyzes the consumption structure of rural residents in Luoyang,finds its problems,and proposes reasonable countermeasures and improvement measures to further improve the consumption structure of rural residents in Luoyang,hoping to promote economic development and improve people's living standards in Luoyang.This article takes the rural residents of Luoyang City as the object of empirical research,under the premise of full investigation,careful review of relevant data and related literature,and on the basis of relevant economic theories,the use of literature,survey,comparative analysis and other methods to fully carry out research and analysis on consumption structure of rural residents in Luoyang City.Through the interpretation of relevant concepts and related theories to analyze the data of the survey questionnaires and the compilation of statistical yearbooks,etc.,this paper provides the theoretical basis and data basis for the thesis,and analyzes in detail the current situation of rural residents' consumption structure in Luoyang and compares the urban and rural consumption structure in Luoyang,and as well as the consumption structure of rural residents in Luoyang and rural residents in Zhengzhou,it is concluded that the rural residents in Luoyang have lower survival-type consumption,development-type consumption has been improved,and enjoyment-type consumption is developing,it is found that the consumption structure of rural residents in Luoyang has the problems of low consumption level,high survival-type consumption,low consumption-type consumption,slow upgrade of consumption structure,and obvious irrational consumption characteristics,The reasons for these problems are analyzed: low income of rural residents,slow development of rural cultural industry,imperfection of rural consumer market,and backwardness of rural residents' consumption concepts,they are proposed through investigation and analysis of data and review of relevant data,improvement measures and measures include increasing the income of rural residents,vigorously developing rural cultural industries,improving rural consumer markets,guiding rural residents in scientificconsumption,strengthening rural infrastructure,and improving the social security system.
